Activities and Recreation at Pelican Bay

While staying active is one way to enjoy your vacation, it's not necessary to have a wonderful time in the Bahamas. Many guests, in fact, vacation here to escape their busy schedules. So while the Pelican Bay Resort At Lucaya does not offer the most impressive selection of things to do, it may have just what you're looking for.

Water and Fitness

Since the hotel has 3 pools to choose from, you'll probably have no problem locating a great spot to soak up some sun. A long soak in the hotel's whirlpool is another way to spend time in the water.

Tennis

The hotel doesn't have tennis courts on the premises, so if your heart is set on playing tennis in the Bahamas, another property might suit you better.

Watersports

While some hotels host their own, you won't find watersports activities here, but this beachy area is packed with vendors ready to rent their equipment.

Though the Pelican Bay welcomes those traveling with children, there aren't many family-friendly amenities. To view family-oriented hotels, don't miss these properties recommended for families.

At times, you might want to leave the little ones behind for The Bahamas' adult attractions. Hotel guests can arrange for a babysitter, so parents will have a chance to take some time out for themselves.

Entertainment and Nightlife

As far as nighttime entertainment goes, note that the Pelican Bay doesn't provide live entertainment.
